Mark W. Bond received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama-Birmingham in Finance and his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Mark completed a loan officer training program with a large bank in Dallas, TX. Upon completing his legal studies, Mark worked for the law firm of Burr & Forman in Birmingham for approximately one and one-half years prior to going out on his own. In 1990, Mark formed a law firm with Bradford W. Botes to provide high quality consumer bankruptcy services to the general public. This firm has grown into 19 offices in 4 states. Mark is a member of the Alabama State Bar.
