Blanca Freeman – Office Manager
Blanca Freeman is a native of Mexico City and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She grew up in Southern California before relocating to Alabama. She has a J.D. from Birmingham School of Law and worked in State prosecution as a paralegal and trial technician in providing assistance to limited English speaking victims and witnesses of crimes by working alongside prosecutors in many state-level criminal trials and has been recognized by the Alabama Courts system as a witness expert in the field of forensic transcript translation. Mrs. Freeman is now the Office Manager at the Bond, Botes and Handy office in Gadsden, Alabama.
Justin Pickle – Intake Specialist
Justin was born and raised in Rainbow City, Alabama. After graduating from Southside High School in 1998, he moved to Murfreesboro, Tennessee where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Music from Middle Tennessee State University in 2004. During this time, he met his wife Cindy. Both he and Cindy make an incredible team at the Gadsden office. Justin’s extensive background in customer service is an added bonus when assisting our clients over the phone or in person. Justin and Cindy recently relocated from Tennessee back to Rainbow City to be closer to family.
Cindy Pickle – Administrative Assistant
Cindy graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN with a Bachelor of Science in Management in 2003. She has an extensive background in Human Resources Management and Benefits Administration within the Telecommunications and Manufacturing Industries. She obtained her PHR Certification in 2013. Cindy and her husband, Justin, reside in Rainbow City with their two wonderful children in addition to their two dogs, cat and turtle.
