341 Meetings are no longer held in the courthouse but are conducted via conference call. You will receive written notice from the court regarding time, date and call in details. You will also receive email and text reminders from our office. It is EXTREMELY important that you call in on time and from a quiet location. Mute your phone, if possible, do not place your phone on hold or speaker. You must remain quiet until your name is called and answer any questions asked by the trustee accurately and concisely. An attorney from our firm will be on the call as well to represent you.
