Associate Attorney
Birmingham, AL
Originally from Mobile, AL, Grafton has called Birmingham home since graduating from St. Paul’s Episcopal School in 2006. He attended undergrad at Birmingham-Southern College, and then bartended at a local restaurant for a year before attending Cumberland School of Law. Although he considers Birmingham his home, he travels back to Mobile quite often to visit family.
Grafton’s interest in Consumer Bankruptcy Law began shortly after completing law school, when he joined a national bankruptcy firm located in Chicago, IL, where he represented clients in both Alabama and Montana. Dealing with cases in two vastly different states allowed him to greatly expand his knowledge of Consumer Bankruptcy in order to better represent his clients. After leaving Chicago, Grafton moved back to Birmingham and joined Bond & Botes in July 2018.
Grafton has an immense appreciation for all things outdoors and in his spare time enjoys hunting, fishing and camping, as well as spending time with family and friends, which he values greatly.

What I like best about my job
I enjoy working in the field of Consumer Bankruptcy because it allows me to provide immediate relief to those that need it the most. It is a great feeling when I can inform a client that we will be able to prevent a wage garnishment or stop a foreclosure on their home.
