Ashley Wesley

Hi! My name is Ashley Wesley. I am part of the Birmingham office team here at Bond, Botes, Reese, & Shinn, P.C., where I am a Case preparation Supervisor. I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Birmingham, AL. I graduated from P.D. Jackson-Olin High School and from there I went to Alabama State University. Nothing makes me happier than shopping for shoes. I am an avid lover of our creator. I love people and having the opportunity to connect with others.

Willie Handy

My name is Willie Handy. I grew up in Homewood, Alabama. I am the head of Data Operations and a Legal Assistant. I started with Bond & Botes in 2001, as an intern, while still attending Homewood High School. While still in school, I decided then, this is something I could see myself making a career of. I’ve been trained by some of the best Bankruptcy Attorneys in the state of Alabama, and I take pride in that! There is no greater joy than having the privilege of helping others.

Brianna Welch

Hey! My name is Brianna Davison. I am a Receptionist at Bond, Botes, Reese, and Shinn. I have an Associate Degree in Business Administration, Bachelors in Criminal Justice, and Masters in Justice Administration. I am a kind-hearted person who loves meeting new people. I enjoy spending time with my baby girl as well as spending time with my husband. It is such a joy working at Bond & Botes. I’ve been working with Bond & Botes since 2018 and they are just like family to me. If I could describe the attorneys in 3 words, I would say they are positive, considerate, and caring individuals. I am so grateful to have the honor to work at such an outstanding business.

Melodie Waid

Hi, my name is Melodie Waid, I’m the Office and Case Manager here at Bond, Botes, Reese & Shinn. I am from Tuscaloosa (Roll Tide!) but graduated from Samford University here in Birmingham. I’ve been married for 36 years and have two sons. We recently welcomed our first grandson, who has brought a new level of joy into our lives. I am so grateful for the privilege to work with Bond, Botes, Reese & Shinn, and the opportunity to assist clients through challenging situations.

Rachel Hubbs

Hello! My name is Rachel Hubbs. I am a legal assistant here at Bond, Botes, Reese, & Shinn, P.C. I am originally from Auburn, graduating from Auburn High School in 2015. After obtaining my bachelor’s degree from the University of Montevallo in 2022, I had the opportunity to join our wonderful staff. In my free time, I enjoy paining and photography. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to help our clients and work with such an amazing staff!
