This week we'll be joined by another colleague of mine, Reed Allmand of Allmand Law in Texas. Reed is a Board Certified Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney with a self-proclaimed mission to help good people through bad financial times by helping them save their assets and get out of debt for good.
Reed and I will be discussing a question that's popped up from clients at both of our firms: what happens to my guns during a bankruptcy? We understand that the bankruptcy process can be complicated to those unfamiliar with it when it comes to which assets can be kept and which cannot, and we're looking forward to shining some light on the subject.
