I was recently in Tampa Bay, Florida for a hearing and I thought I would catch up with attorney Larry Heinkel. Larry's office is nearby, in St. Pete, and he represents taxpayers nationwide on their federal tax problems.

His website name really sums up what he does - www.taxproblemsolver.com. For all of the lawyers that I know in the consumer world, Larry is the "go to tax guy." He has been handling all manner of consumer tax legal issues for many, many years.

In fact, Larry also created a very nifty tool to help bankruptcy practitioners figure out the tax dischargeability quagmire as related to federal income tax and bankruptcy. Larry is a much sought after speaker and discusses this topic of his expertise throughout the nation several times each year. I think you will enjoy hearing our discussion.
