I know that it is probably not prudent to wade too much into politics on the Next Lawyer Up podcast but, in this particular case, I (speaking for myself only) am willing to make an exception.

If there is any justice at all, attorney Doug Jones will be the very next United States Senator elected from the state of Alabama. Doug was born and raised in Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama and from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law. Doug is now in private practice after having served as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama. He is a highly respected and admired attorney in our state and he has done a lot of good things for both Alabama and its citizens. I think that you will enjoy hearing Doug's story.
