If you have ever read the Alabama Law Weekly and picked up useful and up to the minute case law and information to use for your own cases, you have Joan-Marie Sullivan to thank. Joan-Marie has served as the editor of the Alabama Law Weekly for several years.  Joan-Marie is a very bright and talented lawyer and, by that, I mean Phi Beta Kappa type intelligence. I have known Joan-Marie for over 25 years and she was probably one of the first lawyers that I ever met in Alabama in bankruptcy court. Joan-Marie now concentrates her legal practice in all areas of family law where she is considered one of the preeminent lawyers in her field. I enjoyed catching up with her as I hadn't talked to her for quite some time until this podcast.
