This episode of the Next Lawyer Up podcast features attorney Cary Flitter.
When I first had the idea to do this podcast, I had in the back of my mind to do a segment with attorney Cary Flitter who practices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and throughout the country with the law firm Flitter Milz. I first met Cary as a speaker at a consumer law conference several years ago. Cary has an engaging, straight forward speaking manner and, as a result, is a much sought after speaker on many areas of consumer law.
True to form, Cary spoke on a number of topics at the recent National Consumer Law Center (NCLC) Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Conference held in New Orleans. Cary is a very well respected consumer law attorney whose advice and counsel is eagerly sought. I was happy that I was able to sit down with him for a brief conversation. It was every bit as engaging as I imagined it would be when I first thought of doing this podcast. For college and law students putting themselves through school, it was interesting to hear Cary talk of how he made his own way, to include a long stint as a janitor for the Reading Railroad. I hope you enjoy the time we spent together.
