Brad is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) since its inception, Brad has served as a member of its Board of Directors and as its first full time Executive Director. In May of 2003, NACBA named him as a Champion of the Order of Protectors of Consumer Debtors. He has lectured on various bankruptcy topics to local and national gatherings of bankruptcy attorneys, trustees and judges.
Brad also carries the distinction of being Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. The American Board of Certification's programs are designed to identify and recognize those attorneys in consumer or business bankruptcy who have met or exceeded rigorous certification standards relating to experience, continuing legal education, integrity, and peer review; in addition to demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of the law in their specialty area.
